Ferdinand Muller-Rommel (Germany)

is Professor of Comparative Politics and Director of the Centre of Democracy at the University of Luneburg/Germany and has taught previously at the universities of Hamburg, Berlin and Düsseldorf. He is author and editor of several books including Vergleichende Politikwissenschaft (Leske Verlag – with Dirk Berg-Schlosser) Political Parties in a Changing Europe (Oxford University Press 2002 - with Richard Luther) , Cabinets in Eastern Europe (Palgrave 2001 - with Jean Blondel); Umweltwissenschaften Berlin: Springer Verlag 2000) and Grüne Parteien in Westeuropa (Opladen: Westdeutscher Verlag 1993). He has also published noumerous articles in journals and edited books.
