Accommodation, travel and reimbursement policy

epsNet will not make the hotel reservations for the Conference. Please consult the list of the hotels below which have been selected with regard to the Conference location.

For those acting as workshop chairs, giving papers and/or acting as a discussant, epsNet will cover hotel accommodation costs for two nights. The reimbursement will be made shortly after the conference upon presentation of the originals of your hotel receipts up to 120 € /per night.
